New Ticket: SOUINI / SUREFM error in 31DEC12 AIPS

In a text distribution of 31DEC12 AIPS (midnight job 2012 Feb 29;
Ubuntu 11.04; gcc version 4.5.2),  I get this error message

 SOUINI: ERROR  3 RETURNED BY SUREFM

>From several tasks.  31DEC11 works fine for exactly the same inputs.
THis error is new in 31DEC12, it first occured when I ran a 
MNJ ~2 weeks ago. 

TVFLG produced many such error messages (2499 of them) but seem to
run.  POSSM, with SOLINT=1 plotted only the first of many
baseline/scan it should have plotted (see below), and then stopped.
PRTUV works, but seems to print such error messages periodically
(periodicity seems not related to the number of lines printed out, but
perhaps to the number of visibilities processed including ones skipped
by XINC).
