New Ticket: VLBATECR, VLBAEOPS: can't find /tmp files

Procedures VLBATECR , VLBAEOPS retrieve files from the web [using e.g. curl], place them in the /tmp directory - TECOR and CLCOR  use these files for ionospheric and Earth-orientation corrections.

This fails on my iMac: Both procedures successfully retrieve the files, but TECOR/CLCOR complain that the files don't exist - they're in /tmp, with the correct names, but /tmp is symbolically linked to Private/tmp in the Mac OS (10.7.4). My guess is that the programs can't follow sym links?
