Most likely it is what it says. Look at your sources (eg LISTR or examine 
the SU table) and you'll probably find that your (calibrator) source is in
there twice with a different calcode. If I'd have to guess the one without
is your first scan, ie the dummy scan. You flag it normally, but that won't
solve your problem. Your choices are to specify the calcode of the source
you want (probably the second) or to rename the one you don't want in the
SU table (eg with tabed, tabput). Good luck
