New Staff Reply: UVAVG and sort-order

UVAVG when it decides to write out its accumulators makes
a list of all the averaged times with the associated pointers.
It sorts the list to be in time order and then writes the vis
in that order rather than in some baseline order.  Therefore
the output should always be T* in actual sort order.  Can 
you make up a data set that shows this problem that is not
too many Gbytes in size for me to try a debug run?
