The inputs and the help have been clarified about which (many) adverbs 
apply only to FITS-IDI.  ANTNAME is one of them - in fact I reordered 
the adverbs so that all adverbs after a certain point apply only to IDI.
With DiFX there is not need for the early VLBA pipeline
