New Ticket: one dimensional spectrum ?

I have loaded into AIPS a one-dimensional FITS data vector, which I would like to plot as a spectrum (or, better yet, write out as a text file for plotting elsewhere).  ISPEC will not work because it is not a cube.  Can you please recommend a task?   Below is the imhead.   -Thanks, Ian
