[daip] Added new AIPS disks, error message from ZDCHIN about NETSP entry

Hi Susan,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, Eric is in Africa for the next couple 
weeks and I was swamped by the proposal deadline.

First things first, that NETSP message will not effect anything.  The NETSP 
entry just assigns a TIMDEST length and allowed user numbers.  For stand alone 
installations it is not very important.  As for why you are getting the message, 
my guess is your analysis is correct and it is because the names are different 
in the two files.
