New Staff Reply: Help with AIPS UVRFI task

This highly experimental task received some work in the 
31DEC12 version.  You should use that version - or better -
go ahead and install 31DEC13 now and use that.  I will
try to fix bugs in 31DEC13 with those fixes available by
MNJ but will only make safe, easy, and serious fixes to
31DEC12 starting in a few days.

The matters you report were addressed in 31DEC12.
