New Staff Reply: VTESS & CONVL minor hitches

I just putbck corrections to CONVL, VTESS, and UTESS.
CONVL now sets the blanked code to 0 when creating the output 
and then resets it to magic blank if any occur.
VTESS/UTESS now call the image center finding routine for all
images.  I adjusted the helps and history writing some too so
that no PB correction is not explicitly stated as being single
dish (although it remains implied).  It should work but let
me know if either fix is less than satisfactory.
