New Staff Reply: UVLOD / FITLD problems with DRAO visibility data

The data file you sent is in the FITS-IDI form which requires FITLD.
The header contains an error however - it says BITPIX=16 and FITS-IDI 
**requires** BITPIX=8.  When I used the debugger to reset the logicals,
the data set loaded with a variety of informative error messages.
