New Ticket: VTESS & CONVL minor hitches

Two minor issues

1) VTESS: will fail with interferometer images if one specifies
PBSIZE = -1 so as *not* to make a primary beam correction (which one might sometimes want to do). The reason is that with PBSIZE=-1 it will
take pixel (n/2+1,n/2+1) as the central pixel of the beam, and fail because
this pixel doesn't have ampl. 1.000; this is probably appropriate for single-dish images.

The HLP file sort of suggests that PBSIZE=-1 is intended for single-dish images, but doesn't really say that it won't work for interferometer images. In any case it would be nice to have the capability of *not* applying PB correction for interferometer images. (I realize one could trick it by putting some arbitrarily large primary beam in by hand, but seems unnecessarily clunky)

Second issue is with CONVL: it leaves the "magic value blanking" defined even if the output image has no blanks in (e.g., DOBLANK=-1), so necessitating a trip through REMAG if one wants to use the image in some non-blank-tolerant application (like VTESS default image :-) Ideally it would just check whether the output image contains any blanks, and not set the BLANK keyword if it doesn't.
