Hi Eric. Apparently PHREF was written by Tony Beasley and I've emailed him
to ask if this is still available. If it is, presumably I would have to
install a source code version of AIPS to link PHREF in.

Walter Alef points out that the original correlator model is in the CL
table attached to the data - I can see this using the GEO and ATM options
in SNPLT. He thought that you might be able to comment on the possibility
of replacing this with a new one. I've also been in touch with Bob
Campbell and he seems to think that this might be doable, but difficult.
