[daip] DTSUM: request to increase No of scans.

Dear Eric,

Sorry, me again. Could you please increase the maximum number of scans in 
DTSUM? It is defined in line 191. I modified the program already locally. We 
have dataset with ~1250 scans. I increased it to 1500.

     PARAMETER (MAXSCN = 1500)
