Hi Vivian,

Where do these two datasets come from?  What DBCON tries to do is compare the 
FQIDS and if the frequencies are not the same but you have your FQTOL set so it 
prevents it from adjusting your FQIDs or if it can't check the IDs because there 
is no FQ table then you get this message.

What are your inputs?  Are you telling it not the adjust the FQIDs?  Are the 
frequencies the same?
