You have asked for all components < 5 Jy to be discarded and the task
has done that for you. DPARM(9) >- 2 makes some things (those with
units of Jy/beam) change to units of S/N ratio - CPARM, ICUT, DPARM(1),
DPARM(3). The Units of DPARM(2) are Jy and so cannot be switched.
