[daip] CLCOR bug with GMRT data?

I know that the u,v,w sign convention in GMRT is backwards from the rest 
of the world perhaps the issue goes much deeper.  Unfortunatley, the 
GMRT assumes that AIPS will do most of its work and takes no 
responsibility for that.  I don't even have a contact person to ask 
things.  I will take a look.
