[daip] 1 too many TPMONs on alfirk

Hi Eric,

When I start AIPS on alfirk, it tells me there are 1 
too many TPMPON's running.
It's true - there's one there that belongs to carilli, 
from mid-August.  Script
says to tell you ... sorry for the bother.
