[daip] signal 11 abort during CALIB

This is a particularly difficult sort of thing to debug given that CALIB 
is run with many more facets than this and does not abort.  I suspect I 
will have to have all of your images and uv data to debug and also to 
know what size you have set your max AP (verb SETMAXAP).  Before we go 
there, can you look to see what you have currently set and perhaps try 
something larger?
