New Client Reply: Extension Tables after loading archival EVLA data with AIPS
Thanks Eric.
A few more questions.
1.
I could not perform OBIT successfully in Linux, with OBIT and AIPS (31DEC11) installed. The error messages are similar to those appeared here (except a few lines were not there in my case) :

I have tried various values of 'config' and the same things happened.
Also, I got the exact same messages when trying to run BDFLIST.
So I have no idea on what is going on.
2.
I could not install OBIT on Mac. Is there a script or recipe that I can follow?
I have tried following the steps suggested by
http://www-astro.physics.ox.ac.uk/~hrk/HRK_MAC_installing.html
but failed.
3.
In bandpass calibration, we will use a 'channel 0' pseudo-continuum data which is formed by averaging the central 75% channels (am I correct?).
As mentioned in Chapter 4 of Cookbook, this 'channel 0' source is produced by FILLM. Since FILLM does not work for EVLA, is there a specific task to generate the 'channel 0' source? And is there a way to check for 'channel 0' source?
Thanks very much.
