Lots of places in AIPS try to decide if - for example - PIXRANGE is 
sensible or exceeds the actual data range by enough to suggest that you 
did not mean it.  Most places use a factor of 100, TKSL does not check, 
and SL2PL used a factor of 50.  I changed it to 200.  Available Tuesday.
