Hello again, 

Immediately below is the AIPS start-up message.  Below that you will find the cd and ls commands.  I have also attached an image of Macs Finder, showing the location of the missing file. It does seem to be in the correct place.  Could the problem be that under the "Kind" column, it says "Plain Text" instead of document?  Interestingly enough, I tried the ls commands for the other files labeled as "Plain text", and they did not show up either.
