New Staff Reply: Restoring beam parameters not in FITS image headers exported from Aips

FITTP and FITAB write the clean beam parameters in
a card that reads
HISTORY  AIPS  CLEAN  BMAJ=... BMIN=... BPA=...
that is read by AIPS reading tasks and by various
other software systems.  There is no agreed upon
main header keywords for these parameters.
