[daip] unable to tart installing AIPS - ftp'ing the install wizard perl - ftp fails to connect

Hello

I am trying to get started in aips - but cannot because the ftp server linked to the 'install wizard' on the aips classic page does not respond...

ftp.aoc.nrao.edu


Should I go somewhere else for a server with a mirror or wait till this server comes back on line?
