[daip] AIPS 31DEC10 SNPLT

Dear Leonia,

SNTPL with dotv=1 in 31DEC10 gets the same result / the same problem.
However!
If I change timer=0 to timer=scantime(1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or ...) in SNPLT, 
things improve and PC data are plotted correctly.
So it seems, the problem occurs for timer=0 only.
