[daip] APCAL problem

I am running APCAL with no opacity correction on a VLBA dataset. For some
reason, KP (Ant #10) does not get a solution out of APCAL, but all the other
antennas are fine. There are entries in the TY and GC tables for ANT 10, and
APCAL runs without complaint, but KP has no entries in the resulting SN
table. I'm running APCAL with the defaults, and without an opacity solution
there isn't much to tweak anyway - any idea what could cause this?
