New Staff Reply: CLIP and autocorrelations.

I will look at CLIP.

PRTUV does not know about flags other than <= 0 weights
stored with the data.  UVPRT does know about a FG table if
FLAGVER >= 0.  An no, UVPRT will not show flagged data and
will not convert UVW to anything but what is recorded (it
may do a frequency correction but I am not sure of that).
