New Staff Reply: Found problem with PBCOR subroutine PBCALC

I have revised PBCALC to detect that the array name is not known
but the beam parameters are supplied.  In that case, no message
is printed and RCUT is set to 1.E9.  All relevant tasks (and there
were several that could call PBCALC) were relinked.  A MNJ in
31DEC11 will fix this issue (I hope).
