New Staff Reply: Calib history.

I have added a writing of the old HI file (after it is
copied to the new one) with the date, the name of the
new file, and the SN version number.  If the new file is
not written (a new option), then the full HI goes to the
old file.

Tomorrow's MNJ will get this.
