[daip] Fittp/Fitld impact on indxr

Hi again,

I successfully loaded the data into 31DEC11, then ran INDXR!

I made the changes in the AN table, as proposed by Eric:
NUMORB  =            0
NOPCAL  =            0
and I manually updated the coordinates for some stations, where these were set to 0 (by a TBIN/TBOUT manipulation).

I also tried USUBA, but without success. I am getting the same error as in 31DEC07:
