I have changed the number of allowed cal sources from 20 to 50.  CALSOUR 
is limited to 30 but CALCODE and things could make for even more.  The 
original authors of PCAL apparently felt no one would have so many 
polarization calibration sources...

The fix will appear in 31DEC11 in tomorrow's MNJ.
