New Staff Reply: problem with IMERG

I have discovered a work-around - not a fix for the task
but probably what is disturbing it.  I noticed that it uses
FFT routines designed for powers of 2.  So I padded the
images with 0 using AIPS task PADIM to make them 2048x2048.
Then IMERG produced a nice result.  It would be better to
use real data rather than 0's but try feeding it only powers
of 2 images for now.
