New Ticket: APCAL: A gripe rather than a real bug

APCAL treats -ive numbers in ANTENNAS differently than most AIPS tasks which is
a bit confusing.   Most tasks, if you put ANTENNAS = -1,2 will do whatever they do
to all antennas *ignoring* both antenna 1 and 2.  APCAL, on the other hand, is only capable of ignoring a single antenna, antenna 1 in this example, and will thus generate entries for antenna 2.

Its not a bug, as careful reading of the HELP file does actually describe APCAL' behaviour,
but it would be nice to have it just treat e.g., ANTENNAS = -1,2 the same as most other tasks.
