[daip] MXVAL in APCAL

Hi Eric,

I'm trying to apply Tsys to an SN using APCAL on my WSRT data.
On all the 12.5h long runs APCAL fails with the message below
("MXVAL TOO SMALL"); all 11h and shorter runs have no problem.
I've attached some more log and input info (mostly defaults)
This data has gone through 20x UVLOD/DBCON first, hence TAMRG.
