New Staff Reply: Trouble DBCON-ing GBT data

the particular error message is coming from a test only
on the frequency axes.  The 2 headers you sent me ARE
incompatible in the frequency axis, why I do not know
since correlators ought to produce a constant increment.
Do a GETH on one with keyword CRVAL3 and then a PUTH on
the other immediately.  Then keyword 'CDELT3'; GETH on
one and PUTH on the other.
