[daip] non-square images

I am working on the SS433 demo science images and I always do a rectangular 
image for ss433.  When I use IMAGR with IMSIZE 1024, 512 the dirty beam is 
double the IMSIZE as I would expect, when I enlarge IMSIZE to 2048, 1024, the 
dirty beam is 2048, 2048.  So half the size in the RA direction.  Below are the
