I have now reduced the Dec 10 data and they are fine.  Images of
all the calibrators show a high dynamic range for a small K band
data set.  Two of the 4 target sources are there (barely) as well.

The data were plagued with single-time records divorced from the
main data of many of the scans which are mislabeled as to source
(and may not even be on a source).  I did a bunch of flagging to
get rid of these.  Antenna 27 is bad generally and there are a few
very bad samples.  TVFLG got all of these fairly easily.
