New Ticket: Missing CL table values after running FITLD

I have been working on some astrometric VLBA data recently, and discovered that the atmospheric delays and rates are zero for about 1/3 of the scans. The rest of the scans have reasonable looking values for these parameters. Walter Brisken has looked at this and verified that he sees the same effect, and that the files from DiFX look fine. Thus, he suspects that there may be a problem with FITLD's creation of the version 1 CL table. Re-calculating delays from the correlator model using INDXR does not remove the zero values, nor does running FITLD with different values of CLINT.

This problem occurs for data from experiment BJ067C, observed on 21 Feb 2011. The original VLBA output file is VLBA_BJ067C_bj067c_1_110311T164900.idifits

There are many separate short time intervals during which CL table column 10 (ATMOS) and the following three columns all contain zero values. In some cases this begins in the middle of a scan, not just at a scan boundary. In each case all VLBA antennas are affected. One of the first intervals where this happens is 09:47:00 to 09:47:30 UT.

I am about to leave on a week-long trip, but I can provide additional information if needed after I return on 24 August. Thank you for looking into this.
