This is not just an error message it is a suggestion!

Did your colleague try the suggestion?  The verb compress will get any
new POPS symbols including the by now not very new adverb ONEBEAM.  The
HELP file would also have provided information.  One can also RUN
NEWPARMS to get new symbols.
