New Staff Reply: UXFIX does not create a new NX table

Whenever an NX table is missing or incorrect the task INDXR may be used.
You are clearly getting used to the habit in many tasks of doing INDXR's
job on the fly.  I have added that to UVFIX although in this case it is
more complicated in that there can be multiple passes through the data
if there are multiple subarrays.
