New Staff Reply: ATLOD

I found several more although the one that hit you
was curious.  It was printing NINT(float) in I format
which should be legal.  I found the next 2 in the list
referring to the wrong format number and using wrong
types.  I note that DPARM(4-10) are used by the task
but are not mentioned in the help.  They seem to have
affect on pulsar data.

Corrected in tomorrow's MNJ.
