Sorry - there was a message awaiting my approval.  You do have to wait 
for me to come to work before you can expect an answer from daip at nrao.edu!

The rsync issue is common - rsync allows the "automatic" downloading of 
executables so it makes system administrators very nervous.  In fact, 
however, downloading specific things from a careful non-Microsoft site 
can be allowed without fear.
