New Staff Reply: CONVL

Does your image have a CG table attached?  If so, it is providing
the Clean Gaussians to CONVL.  IMAGR now writes a CG table to keep
track of spectral line Gaussians used since they vary with channel.

I just had all image tasks copy all tables.  I guess IMMOD should
not copy CG when FACTOR is 0.
