[daip] AIPS user ID

Well, that has to be fixed there.  They have to enable the number in the local 
NETSP file.  I asked for an NRAO assigned number for you (since it that is how 
your system seems to be set up) and it is 2721.  Tell your systems administrator 
this and he/she should be able to make it work.
