New Staff Reply: Adding a column to AN table

I have made the subroutine more tolerant of "unknown" formats
at least those with too few columns.  It may or may not correctly
produce a new AN table with all expected columns (I think it should
do well on this but cannot test it).

Tomorrow's MNJ - assuming you have good connectivity since there 
are many revised load modules - should bring you this fix.  By
tomorrow I mean after about midnight Mountain Daylight time 5/26.
