New Staff Reply: 31DEC09-10 AIPS FITLD warnings (EVN data)

I am fixing FITLD to not make this message.  RDATE keyword is not required
although FITLD took it to be so and the VLBA writes it everywhere.  I have
loaded a large EVN data set with and without the fix and they are identical.
The error therefore was benign.
