I agree that it should not be dying or omitting or ??

The array is limited to 100000 for all Tsys but I do not know how many 
values are needed per Tsys - that gets decoded from the file.  I have 
changed the limit to 5000000.  That should be available after tonight's 
MNJ (in 31DEC10).
