New Ticket: SNEDT

Something seems to have gone wrong with 31DEC10 SNEDT's autoscaling for rate & delay entries in SN tables. It now plots giga-milliHz and giga-nsecs, and makes it look like all your rates and delays are identically zero.   31DEC09 works normally, as did the 31DEC10 version from May 4; but the one I just got (June 2) does not.  If you set the range manually it seems okay.
