For some reason the prep job last night did not copy all of install.pl.
I fixed it by hand and will check on it this evening.

Please use a subject.  Normally I would have disapproved this message 
without looking, but for some reason I did check that it was legitimate. 
  With all of NRAO's filters, 80% of the daip e-mail is spam.
