[daip] Test tickets in the helpdesk

As a reminder, to avoid filling the new helpdesk system with junk tickets, any testing should be done using the prototype version, hosted by Kayako, at http://nrao.helpserve.com.  Your original password should work in this version; let me know if you have any problems accessing the prototype helpdesk.  We have access to this hosted version until July.

Any test tickets created in the new system will be deleted.
