[daip] problem with VLANT?

Hi,
I'm running VLANT on several similar files in a data set. VLANT was able
to apply the corrections on the first file I put through, but not the
second. I copying and pasting the file headers and the VLANT inputs and
results below. Please let me know if you need any more information.
